Solicitors
Once a Sale or Purchase of a property has been agreed, and solicitors instructed, they then become the most important part of the transaction.
It is their duty to get the deeds, send contracts, apply for local searches, drainage and environmental searches, raise any additional questions about the property with the seller's solicitor, and generally make sure that any building regulations, planning consents have been adhered to in regard to any work carried out on the property.
We have a good rapport with many local solicitors and are only too willing to make recommendations or get quotes for you.
Solicitors are there to look after you in regard to your sale or purchase, so do not be afraid to speak to them and ask any questions.
